Lifeguard - Indoor & Outdoor Waterpark

Join the lifeguard team at one of the most exciting waterparks in Wisconsin Dells and supervise guests, enforce waterpark rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Strong swimming ability
• Ability to complete swim test and Red Cross Lifeguard Training
• Ability to frequently swim, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
• Ability to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Friendly, courteous, energetic, and guest-focused
• Punctual with excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
• Physically fit, assertive, and a strong team player
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequently move up to 10 lbs
• Ability to work in moderate noise environments
• Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
