Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role is responsible for supporting the overall leadership and strategic direction of the reliability function, overseeing day-to-day supervision of electrical maintenance activities, and fostering a proactive culture of reliability, operational efficiency, and effective life cycle asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years' experience in reliability and/or maintenance positions with a focus on electrical
• Prior experience with standard corporate maintenance workflow processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Excellent administrative and analytical skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or comparable system
