Job Description
Join Bunnings as a Department Manager and lead a team of 20+ to deliver the Best Experience to customers. You will be responsible for daily operations, sales, and stock management within your specialist area, while also developing strong relationships with suppliers and teams.
Requirements
- Lead and inspire a large team (20+) to deliver the Best Experience through strong engagement, coaching and teamwork
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail industry or a large, high volume customer focused organisation
- Champion a Safe & Secure environment by roleâmodelling safety leadership and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
