Department Managers

Join Bunnings as a Department Manager and lead a team to deliver the Best Experience through strong engagement, coaching, and teamwork. You will be responsible for daily operations, sales, and stock management within your specialist area.

Requirements

• Lead and inspire a large team (20+) to deliver the Best Experience
• Previous experience leading teams in the retail industry or a large, high volume customer focused organisation
• Champion a Safe & Secure environment
• Confident leader, experienced in opening and closing the store and supporting smooth trade
• Deliver on our service promise through effective rostering, planning, and being ready when the customer is
• Drive strong retail fundamentals, including merchandising excellence, sales performance, stock accuracy, availability, and loss prevention
