Care Assistant - Twilight shift at Trowbridge Oaks Care Home. Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, including companionship, personal care, nutrition, and mental stimulation. Maintain accurate care plans and document changes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification
