We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Ashley Park Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to support independence and honour choice. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care, ensuring our residents live a life they truly love.
Requirements
- Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification (desirable)
