Registered Nurse

We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton in Evesham. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. You'll also be responsible for ensuring policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team.

Requirements

• A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct
• A positive attitude and energy to encourage a supportive working environment
• Naturally caring with a hands-on approach to helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity
• An effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families
• A passion to coach, guide and support your team, as well as providing formal and informal programmes of training
