Registered Nurse

We're looking for a highly respected Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa The Donnington Care Home in Wantage Road, Donnington, Newbury. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties, overseeing care, administering medication, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Strong critical thinking skills and self-reliance
