Registered Nurse - Bank

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. You’re accountable for making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.

Requirements

• A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct
• An effective communicator who’s able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and the people they care about
• A passion to coach, guide and support your team
