Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Elm Grove Care Home in Cirencester. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties, overseeing care, administering medication, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

Requirements

• Valid NMC pin
• Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage care staff and remain calm in an emergency situation
