Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CIMA Qualification preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience using QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems
- Experience working remotely and developing strong team relationships based on trust and accountability
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to follow established policies and procedures accurately
- High level of confidentiality while working with sensitive client data
