Job Description
Burkland's Director of Finance, Consumer & Real Estate will partner with venture-backed consumer brands and real-estate-adjacent businesses to build scalable finance foundations. The role involves leading monthly close oversight, management reporting, and board packages, as well as building and refining unit economics models.
Requirements
- 8+ years in finance or consulting
- Experience in consumer, CPG, DTC, marketplace, hospitality, or real-estate-adjacent businesses
- Strong intuition for unit economics, margin drivers, and cash-flow management
