Job description
As a Seasonal Burton Basecamp Guide, you will be the first point of contact for Burton end consumers, responsible for answering consumers' requests via phone, email, webform, and chat. You will work closely with the Ecom and Product Service Department to share knowledge and customer feedback, improve efficiency, and productivity. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product, order, and warranty questions via phone, email, and chat, establishing and maintaining professional one-on-one relationships with customers and internal partners, and guiding and educating customers about Burton and anon product lines.
