Web Merchandiser

As a Web Merchandiser, you will own the on-site product experience for Burton.com across Europe, shaping how riders discover and buy gear and driving conversion and growth.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of e-commerce experience
• Shopify Plus experience is a big plus
• A visual eye and solid understanding of merchandising principles
• Confidence working with analytics tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics, Power BI, and A/B testing platforms
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Data-driven thinking, you let the numbers guide decisions
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
