Business Systems Analyst (Manufacturing)

Busek is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize production operations using Manufacturo, ensuring accurate tracking and driving efficiency across aerospace manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Manufacturo to support manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.
• Assist in integrating the MES data with ERP and PLM systems.
• Assist in creating dashboards for KPI tracking, using either SQL or the MES API.
• Train and support shop floor personnel in MES usage and best practices.
• Ensure full traceability of components and assemblies, supporting AS9100, ITAR, and other aerospace compliance requirements.
• Help maintain accurate production documentation for customer audits, internal reviews, and supplier interactions.
