
Job description
The Fiduciary Advisor II is responsible for managing fiduciary relationships, ensuring client objectives are met and are consistent with governing documents and fiduciary administration principles. The role involves proactive and ongoing communication with clients to build and maintain relationships and develop a deep understanding of each client's unique goals and objectives. The Fiduciary Advisor II will manage a book of clients, complete account reviews, and participate in Fiduciary Committees as needed.
Act as primary relationship manager for a book of clients, meet with clients to formulate actions to help the client and enhance their relationship with Busey, complete mandatory account reviews, and administer accounts in a manner that ensures operational compliance and high-level client service.
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, sales and client service skills, and knowledge of standard business systems, including trust accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate should also have experience administering fiduciary accounts, developing and managing client relationships, and making recommendations consistent with the client's Investment Policy Statement.
