Resident Manager – Luxury Real Estate | Live On-Site in Brooklyn

We're looking for a Resident Manager to join our team at Bushburg Properties. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in a rental building and excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Supervise union building staff members
• Diagnose and repair problems in various areas
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance team members
• Oversee new development, including project management and vendor onboarding
• Conduct regular inspections and address safety hazards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Maintain workplace safety policies and standards
• Perform or schedule move-out inspections
• Work with Property Manager on various reports
• Collaborate with construction and development departments
