Butternut Box is a company that produces healthy, fresh dog food and is looking for a Customer Love medewerker to join their team. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media to provide excellent customer service and help customers with their queries.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays (rotational basis)
- Ability to travel to the UK for training with the international customer service team (2-3 days, 1-2 times a year)
