We are seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead a team to deliver our production plan to feed our happy and healthy dogs. The ideal candidate will have a strong production background in an FMCG manufacturing environment, leadership experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Accountable for health and safety standards on shift
- Conduct daily Health and Safety audits
- Complete thorough Accident Investigations through root cause analysis
- Review training and development of staff
- Manage labour effectively to ensure production
- Maintain quality & hygiene standards
- Provide supervision, support and leadership to the Production team
