Machine Builder II

Role Overview

The Machine Builder is responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex mechanical and electromechanical laser workstations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are built to specification, meet quality standards, and are ready for internal testing and customer delivery.

What You Will Do

Mechanical and electromechanical assembly of laser workstations, integrating pre-built electrical control panels, routing and terminating electrical wiring, and performing system-level testing and troubleshooting.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience building or assembling machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medtech or machine manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard for workmanship are required.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years building or assembling machines in a manufacturing environment
• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with motion systems, servo drives, and electromechanical integration
• Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard for workmanship
