Hospice Physician

By The Bay Health, a non-profit established in 1975, is seeking a Hospice Physician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care and be able to develop plans of care for patients and their families, as well as collaborate with hospice staff to provide effective coordination of services.

Requirements

• Licensed physician under the provisions of the California Business and Professions Code
• Board certification from American Board of Hospice & Palliative medicine preferred
• Demonstrated understanding and acceptance of hospice principles of care
• Current and active medical physician license in the state of California
• Current DEA license
