The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, specifically within the digital marketing industry, and 5+ years of managing B2B sales reps. The role involves leading a sales team, developing innovative solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional training
• 7+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, specifically within the digital marketing industry
• 5+ years managing B2B sales reps
• Leadership experience in a structured operating cadence (e.g., EOS, MEDDIC, scorecard-based reviews, weekly L10s)
• Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
