Design Lead

Design Lead to lead design strategy and execution across a direct-to-consumer health tech platform, shaping a category-defining health product at its earliest stages.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in consumer product design
• Strong hands on UI/UX design experience in the consumer facing product, preferrably in health tech vertical
• Exceptional at simplifying complex concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences
• Deep empathy for users, skilled at designing for sensitive moments
• Strong systems thinker with experience building and scaling design systems
• Excellent collaborator and communicator across disciplines
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs quickly
• Passionate about using design to drive meaningful impact in people's lives
