Application Support Engineer

We're a leading Technology, ICT, and Digital Solutions company seeking an Application Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise business-critical applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls)
