Our Credit Strategy Area is responsible for defining and evolving credit policies to ensure sustainable growth of the portfolio with risk control and profitability. As a Senior Credit and Recovery Analyst, you will develop and improve credit strategies, analyze portfolio performance, and support strategic decisions through quantitative analysis and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Solid experience in credit strategy for guaranteed products (e.g., vehicle financing, home equity, car equity)
• Strong knowledge of risk indicators, default, credit funnel efficiency, and profitability
• Experience with data analysis and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, or similar)
• Good communication and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
• Analytical, critical, and long-term strategic vision
