General Laborer

Role Overview

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team at the 2nd largest privately owned cabinet manufacturer in the US. The role involves working in a factory environment, with opportunities to work overtime and participate in company programs supporting safety, quality, and production standards.

What You Will Do

As a General Laborer, you will be expected to be an active member of the department, participating in safety programs, attending daily meetings, and taking direction from supervisors and leads. You will also be responsible for reading and understanding production paperwork and communicating with various departments and personnel.

Requirements

• Prior woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Attention to detail is critical
• Excellent team skills are essential
• Ability to read and understand production paperwork and communicate with various departments and personnel
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must be 18 years of age by date of hire
