
Job description
The Quality Engineer ensures processes and systems to maintain Cabinetworks Group's world-class product line standards and customer expectations. This involves using quality metrics to define, measure, analyze, and implement processes to constantly monitor and improve quality.
Monitor and analyze quality management system performance, develop systems to meet specifications and standards, apply statistical process control methods, and oversee product and process audits to ensure quality documentation and standards are consistent with Cabinetworks Operating System (COS).
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering, quality, new product development, manufacturing, or regulatory. The candidate should have demonstrated problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, and be able to compute statistical data and communicate complex statistical information.
