
Job description
The Computer Support Specialist will provide advanced technical support for hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities include hardware maintenance and repair, service management, customer service, documentation, and system management. The specialist will also support and troubleshoot video projector and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technology.
