
Job description
The Cybersecurity Engineer will work in a team-centric environment to support defensive and offensive cybersecurity initiatives, conducting security assessments and producing detailed findings and recommendations. The team uses data aggregation and analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable insight into the security posture of CACI's infrastructure. The Cybersecurity Engineer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all business levels and deliver clear presentations and written/oral communication on technical topics.
Conduct white, gray, or black-box security assessments, draft and maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver clear presentations and written/oral communication on technical topics.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated intermediate-level knowledge in at least three of the following areas is required: Red Team / Offensive Security, Cyber Incident Response, Operating system internals and hardening, OSINT data analysis, Secure development processes and practices, Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and remediation, Risk management and mitigation strategies, Development of security tools, automation, or frameworks, and Strong Linux experience focused on protecting networks, devices, programs, and data.
