Role Overview

Join CACI as a Program Quality Manager supporting our Optical and Photonics Systems Business Unit, ensuring the quality and mission assurance of cutting-edge space and airborne laser electro-optical communication systems.

What You Will Do

Perform assembly risk analysis, review and inspect hardware and documentation, chair Failure Review Boards, create End Items Data Packages, and represent Quality & Mission Assurance at various program reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in electronic, optoelectronic, and/or opto-mechanical manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Proactive, responsible, organized, and self-motivated work ethic
