Senior Software Developer

Role Overview

Join our Development Team on the All Spark program as a Senior Software Developer. You will support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, custom application development, etc.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be responsible for helping to develop code, unit test, hold code reviews, check in code, and help to build the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery. You will also collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• Current Security+ certified or the ability to obtain certification within 1 month of start date
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in an IT related field
• 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s with 3 years of experience; an Associates with 7 years of experience
• Extensive development experience with JavaScript’s programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide
• Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation
