CADDi is seeking a Field Sales Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and build a field sales team. The role involves monitoring sales metrics, managing the sales administration process, coordinating projects, and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, working with various professionals to achieve customer success.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B Software sales
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
• Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Native Thai and professional English skill
• Able to drive to visit customer sites in upcountry areas
