Job Description
Recruitment Background: CADDi is seeking a skilled VN Technology Principal Backend Engineer to lead technology selection, architecture, and development, focusing on sustainable operations and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will contribute to the scaling of a product and provide technical leadership within a rapidly growing organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing backend systems for web application
- Experience with technology verification, requirements analysis, architecture design, and infrastructure construction
- Experience in back-end development and operation of web applications using statically typed languages & framework
- Proficiency in developing within a Docker native infrastructure environment
- Fluent business communication skills in English
- Must reside in Vietnam or have plans to relocate
- Valid Vietnam work permit or legal eligibility to work in Vietnam
