Job Description
Cadence is hiring a Lead Product Validation Engineer to work on cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical, electronics, or computer science engineering and experience with HDLs, EDA tools, and process automation.
Requirements
- Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineer degree
- Good understanding of HDLs (Verilog and/or VHDL)
- Prior experience in simulation/emulation using HDLs
- Good working knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence/Others)
- Experience with scripting for process automation
- Experience with SystemVerilog, C++, UVM
- Experience with Functional Verification of complex digital systems
- Experience designing and implementing complex functional verification environments
- Knowledge of protocols like PCIe, USB3/4, DP (added advantage)
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to establish close working relationships with customers and management
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
