Operations Project Manager

The Operations Project Manager will lead the operational planning and execution of all F1 car projects, from design release through to track delivery, ensuring realistic production schedules, resource alignment, and milestone achievement. The role covers both launch cars and in-season developments, working closely with Production Delivery, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Build, and Test & Validation teams.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of an F1 car – from both a design and manufacturing perspective for key composite and metallic components
• Proven experience within complex, high-pressure technical projects to fixed deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with the credibility to build trusted, respectful relationships
