Job Description
Cadrex is searching for a CNC Operator II to operate manual and CNC machines to produce small to medium sized components. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Requirements
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a CNC Operator with at least 2-3 years of experience in CNC machining operations
- Proficient in machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and CNC machine operation
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
