Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Safety Engineer to join our team at our lab facility in Buxton, United Kingdom. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge products and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive electrical safety assessments for new and existing products
- Analyze and interpret test data, providing recommendations for design improvements to enhance electrical safety
- Investigate electrical safety incidents, identifying root causes and developing strategies to prevent recurrence
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on electrical safety best practices and standards
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure products meet all necessary electrical safety certifications
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the laboratory and storerooms
- Stay updated on industry-specific electrical safety standards and regulations
