Job Description
CAI Software is looking for a Technical Writer to join their Graphic Communications business unit. The role involves developing and maintaining written technical product information to improve the implementation, maintenance, and use of products. The successful candidate will work on global products end-to-end and contribute to key decisions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with a Technical Communications, English, Education, or Training focus
- 5-7 years of technical writing experience for software products
- Experience in the packaging or printing industry
- Knowledge of CSS and Help Output Configuration
- Knowledge of basic JavaScript
- Experience adhering to style guides / standards
- Ability to work independently within guidelines provided
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
