
Job description
The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Confer with project staff, examine estimates, review status reports, prepare bids and reports, and maintain subcontracts and subcontractor status databases.
Must have strong leadership and motivational skills, ability to communicate effectively, and decision making skills.
