Senior Project Controls Manager

The Senior Project Controls Manager leads the planning, directing, and coordination of activities within designated project and team to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Requirements

• Undergraduate university degree or higher (preferably in Engineering or Construction Management)
• Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience, with at least 8 years in construction management or related experience for Petro-chemical projects
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external resources
• Self-directed and able to function with ease as the leader of a team
• Technically astute and strategic in thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus on details as required, and has the ability to work well within a deadline driven environment
• Innovative project delivery methodology experience is desirable
• Proven organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, as well as multiple personality types
• Proficient with a computer and basic programs (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, Primavera and Access based programs)
