Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a nonprofit child and family service organization that provides residential family-style living in a rural setting for boys and girls in need of a safe, home-like environment. We are currently seeking House Parents to join our team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in childcare or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- 21 or older
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
