The HR Manager will be responsible for providing services, solutions, and interventions across all people processes. They will support the business by implementing employee engagement processes, providing advice and support to line managers, and managing employee records.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Management (HRM), Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR) or Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist human resources and industrial relations for a manufacturing site
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

- Sound understanding of labour laws and regulations, at the state and local levels.
- Exposure to liaison activities with government bodies, especially with respect to labour laws.
- Ability to converse in the local language (Odisha).
