Job Description
HWI is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join their Fairfield, AL plant as a foreman. The role involves ensuring production equipment is functioning properly, performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery, and working with production technicians to make adjustments and calibrations. The position is integral to the safe and successful production of refractory brick products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of pneumatics
- Electrical installation & maintenance experience
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Understanding of safety/OSHA standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
