Job Description
This is a challenging Full-Time position for the Deputy Quality Control Manager in the industrial site of Sezanne, France. The role focuses on managing quality programs, product testing, supplier quality follow-up, and maintaining a high standard of product quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing customer feedback, leading the team, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering, preferably Chemical Ceramic or Industrial, Technology or Operations Management or substantial equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in refractories/ceramics manufacturing
- Experience or knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards
- Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) knowledge
- Problem Solving Techniques (8D, A3, Brainstorming, Ishikawa)
- Experience with APQP or DFSS procedures
- Demonstration of understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and operating procedures
- Certified Quality Manager (Advanced Certification)
