Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end purchasing and vendor management process within the real estate and construction sector.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 610 years of experience in procurement, preferably within real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and market pricing.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and tender management.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
