Job Description
California Waters is a leading Design, Engineering, Construction, and Service firm specializing in recreational aquatics. We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to manage construction projects from mobilization to demobilization.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of all trades and crafts
- Strong organizational skills, flexible, and ability to prioritize work assignments
- Excellent people skills with experience in collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic team
- Ability to handle multiple small to medium sized projects at the same time
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry in a supervisory role
- Pool and Water Feature / Fountain construction experience
- Commercial and Public/Municipal experience
- Experience in mechanical, concrete, forming, trenching, plumbing, and electrical
- OSHA 30 hour training certification along with CPR and First Aid certification
- Clean driver's license
- Full documentation for right to work
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a major plus but not required
