Construction Superintendents - Statewide

We are seeking Construction Superintendents for projects statewide. The Superintendent is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of each construction project from mobilization through punch list and demobilization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry in a supervisory role
• Experience in mechanical, concrete, forming, trenching, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs and plans
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to handle multiple small to medium sized projects at the same time
• Extreme attention to detail
• Leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong math and analytical skills
