Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
