Requirements
- at least 6+ years of experience in operations-focused, senior managerial roles
- operations-focused, senior managerial roles in fast-paced, innovation-driven IT, tech, or consulting environments
- built or run parts of a business
- combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ownership
- lead through influence across functions, not only through hierarchy
- highly data fluent and use data to drive decisions
- experience driving organizational change, transformation, or continuous improvement
