CCHS Wrestling Head Coach

Calvary Chapel High School is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Head Coach to lead our wrestling program. The ideal candidate is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the mat, integrating faith and character formation with competitive excellence.

Requirements

• Agree with and live out the vision and values of CCCM as outlined in the Statement of Faith
• Be an example to those with whom you come in contact and with whom you serve by exuding the love of Christ
• Model a growing relationship with Christ; lead prayer and team devotions
• Build a healthy, competitive team culture focused on character, teamwork, and perseverance
• Plan and lead practices, manage game strategy, and mentor athletes
• Manage team budget
• Communicate clearly with players, parents, and staff
• Organize all aspects of the season, including tournaments, facilities, and logistics
• Uphold CIF-SS rules, school policies, and student-athlete safety
