CAM Industrial Solutions seeks a driven and results-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities at an active industrial site.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, including earthworks, concrete, and structural foundations.
- Proven leadership experience supervising crews and subcontractors on active job sites.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction management systems is an asset.
